This may be an issue with your browser. Trying to clear your browser’s cache or using a different web browser. 

Some browser settings may not allow for pop-ups. Make sure pop-ups are allowed or try a different browser. 

Accounts will be disabled after too many failed login attempts, and will unlock automatically after 30 minutes. After this time, parents/guardians can use the Forgot Password button below the username and password fields to reset a password. 

Review the password reset directions for help with the process.

Parents/guardians would have set their own password. If you forget your password, you can request a new one by following the steps below:

1. On the HCPSS Connect website, select the HCPSS Connect Login button. 

2. Select the Parent/Guardian Activate Account/ Forgot Password link.

3. Enter the email address used at the time of registration and select the Send Email button. 

You can log in through www.hcpss.org/connect/. Click on the (blue) “HCPSS Connect Login” button in the middle of the screen in order to be redirected to the login page. Your username is your email address provided to your child’s school at the time of registration. To activate an account or if you forgot your password, use the reset link provided on the login page.

Your Parent/Guardian username for HCPSS Connect (Synergy, Canvas, etc.) is the email address entered in Family File when you registered your child. 

Parents/guardians who experience challenges completing Family File should contact your child’s school for help completing the Family File. For login issues, complete the Help form with detailed information and support personnel will respond.

For the 2025-26 school year, bus registration is not required.  All bus-eligible students (per Board of Education Policy 5200 - Student Transportation) will be routed.
