Students enrolled in digital education will need to have reliable internet access and an appropriate technological device. If your student is enrolled in HCPSS and will need a device to participate, you may submit a student technology request via HCPSS Connect online.
Once a student is enrolled in a course, the Financial Assistance Committee will review the completed applications for those students and notify parents/guardians if additional tuition reduction will be applied. If the required documentation is not included, or the student is not enrolled, the financial assistance application will not be reviewed.
Eligible families requesting tuition reduction should submit the Financial Assistance Request Form. The Financial Assistance Committee will meet to review all completed requests.

Students who do not meet the eligibility criteria in Policy 8200 Digital Education but still wish to enroll in a fully online course, may do so but will be responsible for course tuition costs and fees.
Synchronous video instruction does not have any additional cost as instruction takes place during the school day.
Students should contact their school counselor and Digital Education should they wish to withdraw.
