Face masks in HCPSS buildings and/or on school buses are voluntary. Health experts continue to recommend consistent use of well-fitting face masks to reduce the risk of spreading the virus that causes COVID-19. A limited supply of masks are available in HCPSS schools and offices.
Yes. Middle and high school students should not return their HCPSS Chromebook unless they are withdrawing from the school system. Additional information about Student Technology Devices can be found at: https://www.hcpss.org/devices/.
No. HCPSS Student Technology Devices are only provided to current HCPSS students.
Depending on their age and program, students enrolled in Summer Programs may be using technology during and outside of the summer program’s hours.
Financial assistance applications will be accepted in the following manner (please only submit ONE version):
Yes. Financial assistance is available for current HCPSS students. Please visit www.hcpss.org/farms to submit a Free and Reduced Price Meal services (FARMs) application.
Prior to enrollment, a parent/guardian or school counselor may submit a registration withdrawal request online through the Synergy Parent Portal on the HCPSS Connect web page (https://www.hcpss.org/connect/).
Parents/guardians will be notified via email of enrollment status (enrolled or waitlisted) at the end of the month in which the request was made. As course placement is completed, you may check the status of the enrollment request.
