There is a Student Reassignment Request Form (SRRF) for each category of student reassignment. Request forms for the Build/Buy/Lease, Hardship, and Employee categories of student reassignment are available online. The request form for the Relocation category will be offered by the child’s current school once the school has received new residency documentation and only if the family is eligible for reassignment.
