If your request under the hardship category is denied, an appeal must be received within 10 school (business) days from the date of the denial letter. Appeals should be sent to: Policy9000appeals@hcpss.org.
Your appeal submission must include:
- A copy of the original determination letter.
- A written statement explaining the basis for the appeal.
- Any new or additional supporting documentation not included in the original request.
