Who can I talk to about a question or concern related to HCPSS transportation?

General questions or concerns regarding transportation should be submitted via the online HCPSS Office of Student Transportation Contact Form. For more urgent matters, such as a late or missing bus, please contact your school. If the school staff members are unaware of any delay or departure, they will contact the Office of Student Transportation and work with staff to determine the cause.

For non-urgent questions or concerns specific to a bus or bus route, contact your Transportation Area Manager contact information.
