No student will be denied bus service if they lose or forget their card.
If a student forgets their bus card, the driver can manually enter them as being picked up or dropped off. Parents/guardians may opt to attach their child's bus card to their backpack to avoid forgetting it at home.
If a student loses a bus card, contact your child's school as soon as possible. The school will notify Zum, the lost card will be deactivated and a new card will be issued. Drivers will manually enter the student as boarding or disembarking a bus until the new card is received.
