Every day, situations arise that are beyond the drivers’ control. These can include traffic accidents, driver absences, maintenance problems, lane closings and roadwork, weather delays or a late departure from school. Drivers make every effort to stay on schedule while being mindful of student safety.
If there is a bus delay on a given day, please feel free to contact your school. If the school staff members are unaware of any delay or departure, they will contact the Office of Student Transportation and work with staff to determine the cause.
If you believe that your bus is consistently late, please contact your school's Transportation Area Manager and they will address the concern.
