Parents who have a student with a 504 Plan receive an Individual Continuity of Learning Plan letter. This letter documents how HCPSS ensures students are provided with access to remote learning to the greatest extent possible given these circumstances based on each student’s Section 504 plans during remote learning. Families were provided with options to ask questions, provide input and better understand how access to remote learning will be provided during this school closure, including engaging in virtual conferences and/or 504 meetings as necessary.
