The Synergy grade notification allows parents/guardians to sign-up to receive an email once a week that provides an aggregate or total grades for their middle and high school students' classes.
- Log in to HCPSS Connect (Synergy).
- Select More Options from the left navigation menu.
- Select Parent Email Notifications from the center of the screen.
- On the Notifications screen, select the box next to Grade Book and from the drop down menu choose the day of the week in which you wish to receive the notification.
- If you wish to only receive the notification if the grade falls below a certain threshold, select the box for Only Send Messages when Grades are below and enter a percentage in the text field.
- Select Submit.
