Parents/guardians listed on their child’s record in Family File in HCPSS Connect are able to log in to the Zum app using their mobile phone number or email address. The app requires parents/guardians to verify their access by entering the one-time code sent to their device. Your child or family member may download the app and enter the parent/guardian phone number or email, as well as the one-time code, to have access to view the same bus information.
