How can I Sign-up for HCPSS-Connect Synergy Aggregate or Total Grade Notification?

The Synergy grade notification allows parents/guardians to sign-up to receive an email once a week that provides an aggregate or total grades for their middle and high school students' classes.

  1. Log in to HCPSS Connect (Synergy).
  2. Select More Options from the left navigation menu.
  3. Select Parent Email Notifications from the center of the screen.
  4. On the Notifications screen, select the box next to Grade Book and from the drop down menu choose the day of the week in which you wish to receive the notification. 
    1. If you wish to only receive the notification if the grade falls below a certain threshold, select the box for Only Send Messages when Grades are below and enter a percentage in the text field. 
  5. Select Submit.
