Community members can provide feedback on the operating budget in multiple ways:
- Testify in person or virtually at an upcoming Board of Education public hearing. Registration opens three weeks prior to each public hearing. If needed the Board will add additional dates.
- Submit written feedback to the Board at budgetfeedback@hcpss.org. Please note that submissions will be published as written testimony on BoardDocs.
- Testify or submit written testimony during the County Executive’s Residents’ budget hearing, usually held in March.
- Testify during a Howard County Council public hearing, generally held in April.
