I received an email that there was a positive case in my school but I don’t see it on the dashboard.

The HCPSS COVID-19 Dashboard is updated Monday-Friday by 4 p.m. Any cases reported after 4 p.m. will be reflected on the dashboard the following weekday. In the interest of notifying families as quickly as possible, schools may email families prior to the dashboard being updated.

Due to the current high-volume of daily positive cases, it is likely that cases may not be reflected on the dashboard right away as our focus remains on ensuring we support students and staff who have tested positive, conduct contact tracing, and notify families and individual school communities first.
