Update: January 19, 2021

Due to the elevated trend in health metrics, HCPSS will not deliver the PSAT on January 26, 2021. The latest positivity rate was 7.2% and the case rate per 100,000 was 38.2, both significantly above the level established by the Board of Education for in-person educational activities.

Juniors that were planning on using the PSAT as a qualifier for the National Merit Scholarship Program must complete this form to start the alternate process. The alternate entry process uses SAT scores as a replacement to PSAT. SAT scores from August 2020-June 2021 administrations are accepted. Instructions for sending SAT scores and other information on the alternate process can be found on the National Merit Scholarship website.

Alternate entry forms for the National Merit Scholarship Program must be completed by April 1, 2021.
