All HCPSS sponsored/co-sponsored events are canceled through the remainder of the current school year. This includes any activities involving HCPSS students, in HCPSS facilities or otherwise.
In addition, all community-sponsored programs in HCPSS buildings are canceled and all Community Use of Facilities and current and future approvals are on hold. Please contact the Community Use of Facilities office with any questions by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. For status updates on programs held in HCPSS buildings, please contact the program/event organizer.
